Hi! My name's Sam. I'm an instructional designer/animator living in the Logan, Utah area, focused on human-centered design and gamification — striving to make instruction intuitive, concise, smooth, and fun.
Ever since instruction shifted massively to online learning, I've been interested in making it not painful. I apply game design principles to transform instructional material, business problems, and complex content into easily-navigable, intuitive products anyone can use.
I also like big monsters and cool chaotic action scenes. That contrast between order and chaos is what makes me an effective designer.
